Youth Package

Pre-High School Prep Athletes – "Learn to Train" (ages 9-11)

• 12 sessions (60 minutes each) 2 days a week for 6 weeks

hIGh SChool PReP (aGeS 12-14) aNd ColleGe PReP athleteS (aGeS 15-18)

• 18 sessions (90 minutes each)
Two options: 3 days a week for 6 weeks or2 days a week for 9 weeks

• 12 sessions (90 minutes each) 3 days a week for 4 weeks

  • Injury risk and biomechanical screening – an informative as well as preventative assessment of the athletes overall physical health in order to develop a safe and effective training program. (Value: $200)
  • Nike SSP (SPARQ Sensory Performance) assessment – Comprehensive series of sport-specific sensory motor tests focusing on vision.
  • Nike training Shoes (Value: $85)
  • Nike SPARQ assessment and rating
