Pre-High School Prep Athletes – "Learn to Train" (ages 9-11)
• 12 sessions (60 minutes each) 2 days a week for 6 weeks
hIGh SChool PReP (aGeS 12-14) aNd ColleGe PReP athleteS (aGeS 15-18)
• 18 sessions (90 minutes each)
Two options: 3 days a week for 6 weeks or2 days a week for 9 weeks
• 12 sessions (90 minutes each) 3 days a week for 4 weeks
